Is anyone having a problem with entering the Wizards on Deck with HM sweepstakes?

My daughter has been working on figuring out the clues for the Wizards on Deck with HM sweepstakes. She figured them all out and went to enter, but it keeps saying she doesn't meet the age requirement. It says you have to be 6-16 and she's 8. We've re-entered her info and made sure the birthday was right and we even registered a new member with the same birthday and it still says that person doesn't meet the age requirement.

Anyone else having this problem?

We can't even get in. We have been trying since the show ended. First we could no longer get the link on the site and then we cannot get in. We have tried numerous times but I think there are just too many people trying to enter at once. Since they give you a couple of days we are just going to try again tomorrow.

She was finally able to get through. I think the problem was she originally tried before the show even started. But a little bit into it, she was able to enter.
