Is ANYONE Getting into ASMOVIES with the FREE DDP?

I MADE MY RESER. ON 4/9 AND ALL THAT WAS AVAILABLE WAS PREFERED AT ASMOVIES.

I had wanted standard, which they had at Pop, Music, and probably Sports (although I didn't ask about Sports). I did book the preferred, though, as DD4 wants to be in the "Woody" section!

Had booked ASMovies on the bounce back program in Dec and just changed it to POR an hour ago so that should free up two ASMO rooms (preferred) fo someone for tomorrow if they do not get taken tonight.

I booked for 9/22 - 9/30 on Monday (4/9) morning, and I was told that for that time frame, there was nothing available at AS Movies, neither preferred or standard. This bummed me out, because this is DS4's first trip, and he's a HUGE Buzz fan.

They had preferred at Pop Century, and standard at ASMu and ASSp.

I was able to book Movies as part of the bounceback program.

I was able to get All Star Movies when I called on 4/9. We wanted and got a preferred room there.

My friend called this morning and was unable to get All Star Movies with the Free Dining promotion.

I couldn't get it this morning for 9/15-9/22....went with ASMusic instead for that time frame...I don't really care since we haven't stayed at either and ASMu would have been my next choice. And, frankly, I don't care where we stay if we can pay $1647.94 for our whole vacation food included!!!!

Me and my girls did a happy dance in the hallway when I got off the phone with my reservation confirmed and my $200.00 deposited!!!!

We called on 4/9 and booked All Star Movies/ preferred room.... Wanted the standard But I don't think any standard rooms were available at All Star Movies w/ free dining... I wanted to request a room at the Buzz building and didn't even realize that is a preferred room anyways... So it all worked out...

Very Happy about it ... I have said in another post... I would have slept on a park bench and been happy to be at WDW... (not too sure the rest of the family would have appreciated that as much!)

I got all star movies this morning with a preferred room from 08/26-08/31

Preferred was all that was left this morning at ASMovies,. We stayed there last year, in a standard, and spent most of our time at the ASMusic. I picked ASSports this year, only because of the first on bus thing LOL. You can use all the AS resorts as one big hotel. Pools, dinning courts, etc etc, so don't feel bad if you don't get movies, you can spend as much time there as you like.
