I have been trynig to make Ft. Wilderness reservations for two days on the website without any luck. It shows that there are sites available, but for some reason it won't let me check out. Most of the time the site directs me back to the beginning of the process when I click "book it now." Yesterday it finally let me go to check out and it kept denying my card. I called the credit card company to make sure there was no problem with card and there wasn't. Any ideas as to what's going on?

I had a similar problem trying to make reservations at the animal kingdom lodge. In the credit card info area it kept rejecting me because my first name was wrong!!! It was easier--and more helpful--to just telephone.

Back in August I tried to book our Land/Sea online with no success-I called. Last night I couldn't access the My Cruise function. I could log in but the "fish just kept swimming" when I put in my ressie #. I haven't tried again today. I thought it was just me.

That site has been having trouble for a few days. I say book over the phone. You don't want them accidentally charging you twice or it not going through when you thought it did. Disney really needs to fix that website.

The WDW website is notorious for being incorrect, unavailable, and unreliable. I would recommend you try to book through CRO by phone.

I booked our Disney trip with no problems on Tuesday. I called the Disney Travel first and talked to a CM and told her what I was looking for, and she quoted me $800.00 more then it was online?:confused3 I asked her why it was so much more then purchasing the package online, and she couldnt answer that. I've booked online for many years and have no problems. I do however, call at lest twice to confirm everything. I even call the restaurants back 2 weeks before we leave to make sure everything is on the up and up there. Iam a freak about that stuff. :thumbsup2

The Disney site is less magical than your resort and park visits will be. Don't get too miffed, just know it going in and don't too riled up by it. It is what it is.
