Is anyone else having problems with Disney+?

I got the version with ads. I'm currently trying to binge Tail Spin. It keeps freezing during the commercials. I have to exit out of the app and restart it. It started doing this last week. When it started doing this it would freeze after I had been watching for 2 or 3 hours. But the last two days it's been freezing the first time a commercial break comes up. I can't even get through one episode without it locking up.
 
I have not experienced that problem however I would recommend if you are using a streaming box liek Roku, to uninstall and reinstall the app. It could help.
 
I did not experience problems with Disney+ when seeing Press Your Luck this morning. But I think what you should do is contact Disney+ customer service and see what they can do to resolve your problem. Because I have had no problems like yours on Disney+ but from time to time the Roku that I have will reset itself and when it starts doing this the apps will freeze up and you have to unplug the TV and the Roku. Have you tried checking your internet connection? Because that might play a factor in why Disney+ is having problems with you? Also did you try to reset your cable box too?
