Is anyone else having Best Buy online issues???

I don't know if it's just my bad luck, but ever since Best Buy switched over to My Best Buy, anytime I order something online, it goes through... I get an email from Chase that the card was charged, then like a minute later, I get an email from Best Buy that they cancelled my order.

I have spent countless hours with them on the phone and they can't figure it out. I have placed the orders over the phone, same thing happens. for anyone that's seen Diary of a Wimpy Kid.... I've got the 'cheese touch' when it comes to Best Buy.

the really bad part ? Tomorrow I can order the black Friday items online as an elite plus member..... only I can't. And it's only online. I don't know what to do. I tried calling them but no one can help on a Sunday. I just sent an email to the woman that was helping me before, but at this point I don't know what to do. And I REALLY don't want to have to go there on Black Friday. It's SO incredibly frustrating. I appreciate you all listening to my vent. :sick:
 
I haven't had any issues but I just got an email from Best Buy saying the monday early sale for reward members has been postponed to Tue due to some internet issues and the fact they want more time to make sure they have stock available.
 
Have you tried cleaning your cookies, changing your browser, ordering on the mobile site etc...?
 
I just cleared out all cookies and history, I hadn't tried that yet. I'm not sure that's it though because I've ordered on my work computer, iPad, and placed orders over the phone, each time it cancels. It's nuts.

I finally got someone about a week ago that looked at it w/ their IT department and she said that they had us mixed up w/ another customer and there was a block on our account. but they were 'so sorry' and took the block off and assured us we could order just fine.

Only I can't. ARGH. :headache:
 

I had this problem with Walmart after they blocked my account after someone hacked it and tried to order some things. I was, however, able to order with a different email address using a cc in my husbands name.
 
I tried once again this morning after speaking to someone who was amazing !!!! So far, it hasn't cancelled my order yet, so I'm holding my breath and checking my emails constantly! :surfweb: I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop but maybe she fixed it! :scared: fingers are crossed!

I appreciate you all listening to me vent... Christmas shopping is just so stressful ! I think even more so than planning to get up at 6 am to make dining reservations! (okay, maybe not!);)
