I don't know if it's just my bad luck, but ever since Best Buy switched over to My Best Buy, anytime I order something online, it goes through... I get an email from Chase that the card was charged, then like a minute later, I get an email from Best Buy that they cancelled my order.
I have spent countless hours with them on the phone and they can't figure it out. I have placed the orders over the phone, same thing happens. for anyone that's seen Diary of a Wimpy Kid.... I've got the 'cheese touch' when it comes to Best Buy.
the really bad part ? Tomorrow I can order the black Friday items online as an elite plus member..... only I can't. And it's only online. I don't know what to do. I tried calling them but no one can help on a Sunday. I just sent an email to the woman that was helping me before, but at this point I don't know what to do. And I REALLY don't want to have to go there on Black Friday. It's SO incredibly frustrating. I appreciate you all listening to my vent.
