Is Anyone Else Getting Disconnected?

I have called several times since Monday to try to modify an existing reservation. I go through all the prompts and then am disconnected right after it tells me to hold for a customer service rep. Is this happening to anyone else or do they have me on the naughty list?

yes, I called last week and was also diconnected. I called back and asked not to be on hold because of being disconnected. Hope they fix the problem!
