The past few weeks I just want to crawl into bed and sleep for twelve hours. I don't feel sick, my activity level and diet have been about the same as usual, but I just feel exhausted.

Is anyone else feeling this way lately? The only thing I can figure is that my body wants to hibernate. :rotfl:

Not tired- freaking exhausted. There's just not enough hours in the day lately and I haven't even decorated for Christmas yet.

I work full time, go to school full time, and DH works even more hours than I do so it falls on me to do most of the house work. Most of the time it's tolerable but lately I'm just so tired.

I know you're in Florida so it probably doesn't effect you much but I'm thinking maybe Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). This usually hits everyone around November.

I have tiredness issues most of the time and have found out I have mild anemia.

Me too. There's just too much to do and not enough time to do it. When I think of everything I need to arrange and get done before I leave for Disney next Friday...... I just want to cry. :sad2:

Yeah, I'm feeling that way but I think there is a good reason for it..... ;)

I have naturally low blood pressure, but, when it gets just slightly lower than normal (normal for me) I get very, very tired. The dr. told me to take B-complex. I've been on them for around amonth and I do feel less tired....So, maybe your pressure is alittle lower than usual...

Feel better..

I get SAD every winter. First I hate the cold anymore, but can't afford to move to warmer climate. Now that it is colder, I also don't get outside as much, so not as much fresh air.
I always feel like I could be a bear and just hibernate all winter :thumbsup2

Usually I am not this tired but it seems no matter how much sleep I get, I need more. Scooch over in the cave, I want to hibernate too!!

I'm so tired too, but mine is partially due to depression and the other part working longer hours & sleeping less. Hope to switch that all around soon.

I honestly think I have SAD ... I live in Alberta Canada.. the last 3 weeks it basically snowed the entire time.. and was between -25 to -35 celcius also.. really horrible for the psyche.....I do notice depression or at least my lack of energy as the winter months hit.. but when it's like this out I just want to hid under a rock.. lol.. at least the last couple days have been a bit warmer.. only -11 or so.. but still.. overcast no sunshine makes me depressed on its own. Ahhhh thank god it's only 3 more days until we go on our honeymoon at the world. Sunshine here I come!

YES! I took 2 of my kids to the dr yesterday, and I was paying the receptionist and started yawning. At 5pm. I said, "OMG, excuse me!!!" She said that everyone in the office has been sleepy and yawning...

I need to go back to the Florida sunshine! :sunny:

Yep! And many of my coworkers too. Part of it for me is the holidays, so much to do! I have psoriatic arthritis so just working full time is exhausting at times for me...add all the holiday stuff and I'm tuckered out!! lol

Ok, we need to smack you!!! lol JUst kidding! But could you come over and clean my house? :rotfl:

Yes--but I kind of have a reason.

Was chatting with someone today about this cold I have...she commented that it seems the kids get it lightly and aren't as affected--but it is knocking the adults out and into bed.

Maybe you have a mild illness--enough to make you tired.

Or maybe it is just the holidays. ;)

Well to be honest, when my parents came down for our wedding on Nov.16th, my dad was sick... and after that the DH and I came down with something.. I do feel better.. but perhaps it's still clinging on.. lol

always...for me it is the cold. It is pretty chilly here and I can't get warm so I just want to snuggle up!
