Is AKV the only one that says it can sleep 5 in a 1Br?

I am a family of 5 and now that my youngest is over the age of 2 and I do not want to be a "room stuffer" I was looking at the DVC site and came aross something that said that a 1Br at Animal Kingdom Villas sleeps 5 and a 2 Br sleeps 9. It seems as if all the others only sleep 4 in a 1Br, 8 in a 2Br. So how is it possible, what has AKV done differently? We own at BWV so does anyone know if the other resorts will be following suit, I especially could see it at OKW since it is much larger than the other 1Br's?

The one bedrooms at AKV have a pull out chair in addition to the pull out sofa that all one bedrooms have.

Before they changed our room we stayed in, into a villa, we fit 5 in our room comfortably. I would guess that this would be correct.

As wildernessDad said, AKV 1 bedroom units have an additional sleeper chair that the other one bedroom do not have. It is doubtful that any other existing resorts will be retrofitted with these chair, as it could be conceivably be perceived to substantially change what we've purchased, and under timeshare law, DVC can not do that.
