Is a Reservation for Snack OK?

Hello,

I was able to get a reservation for the 4 of us at two places we really wanted to visit, but at less than desirable times for us.

Sci-Fi Diner at 3:30PM
Be Our Guest at 8:55PM

Question: are we obligated to get a full dinner with these reservations or could we simply order IceCream Sundays at the Sci-Fi Diner, and then deserts at Be Our Guest? (would prefer not to have a full meal at these times but still want to experience these places).
