I am going to be turning 16 a month after we cruise. I heard some of the Stack's activities are divided by age. Will they let me move up for one month? Has anyone had this happen to them and what was your experience?

The rule is that you must be within 30 days of the birthday to move up. They are especially strict about this in THe Stack. So....if you are really 15 years and 11 months, you can be in the 16-17 group.

In the Stack, there are a lot of times when the whole group is together. There is also a lot of free "hang out" time.

Allie, be sure to talk to the counselors when you get on board. I'm sure they will help you get with the group that's the best fit for you so you can have a fantastic time.

Best wishes for the birthday. 16 is special.

Allie....love your screename....it reminds me when we were picking out a middle name for our Allison (Allie) before she was born...we were asking her older sister who was 4 and her brother who was 3 years old at the time what they thought a good middle name would be for the new baby....well her brother thought Wonderland would be a great middle name.....Allison Wonderland .....!!! We all laughed at that one!!!

Normally if you birthday is within a month will will allow you to move up. It might be on a trial basis at first.

Actually, it will not be problem because when they do divide up, the age groups are 13 & 14 and the other is 15-17. So you will be 15 at the time of the cruise.

In looking at the teen navigator from 6-2004, here are some basics:

Day 1 & 2 there are no division of groups

Day 3-13 &14 have the hidden mickey challenge while the 15-17 activity is "go Fetch" (???) This is for about 1 hour

Day 4-15-17 play Bingo while the 13-14 Play Glow BB. Obviously evening! 1 .hour
13-14 invade the Lab while the 15-17 have an Exclusive activity (?)
1 1/2 hrs.
Day 5 13-14 have Bingo nothing special for the 15-17 1 hour

Day 6 13-14 ps2 tournament while the 15-17 have 2 on 2 hoops 1 hour
13-4 2 on 2 hoops while 15-17 Mix and Match activity 1 hour
Day 7 there are no division of groups

Now keep in mind that navigators change, but hopefully this gives you a good idea. It really is only a total 6-7 hours during a 7 night.

Hope this helps!!!
