Is a 30 minute drive to work too long?

I drive to work 35 minutes and have for 14 years. I'm used to the drive and don't mind it. My drive is all on country roads, kind of scenic, peaceful and no traffic. If had to drive on a major highway, I don't think I could do it! Would drive me nuts! My drive is nice. Even after 14 years, there have only been a few bad times in winter because of snow. Now I just don't go in if it's going to be bad or I leave work early if it's snowing. If I had a choice though, I think I would like to work closer to home. But I like my job, so I put up with the drive.

My husband spends two hours each way on the atrocious Los Angeles freeway system. 30 minutes would be a dream.
