DH, DD(8), DS(5) and I will be visiting IOA/US for the first time at the end of June. We booked the HRH for 4 nights. If we account for travel time we will have 3.5 days to explore the parks. Is this enough time? I think we will need at least one hotel "pool" break per day because I am expecting very hot weather at the end of June. We will have FOTL access but not sure how long to expect to wait because we will be there over the weekend (is FOTL a 20 minute wait vs. 60 minute without privledges????) Anyway - I am about to lock in my airfare so I am wondering if I should add a day or if 4 nights is enough. Thanks!

If u can add a day u should then u will be able to enjoy the pool area etc :)

Our longest FOTL wait was 20 minutes for Spiderman, but I think that the ride might have been down because another time the line was longer and the wait was 10 minutes.

If you can get to the parks before posted opening time ( 1/2 hour is what we aimed for), take a mid-day break of a few hours to swim and rest (or nap), and then return in the late afternoon, you should be able to see most everything. We were there for 4 nights (4 plus days in the parks) and saw almost everything, repeating lots of things). This was our second visit and the next visit I'm going to stick to the mid-day break plan more than we did this time. My sister and BIL were with us and wanted to spend more hours in the parks (they were there fewer days) than we otherwise would have spent. We had a very fun time, but were exhausted. :)

I personally like the four day time period. We spent 2 1/2 days there during a quiet time and while we saw what we wanted with some repeats, we were SO tired. I would have loved some downtime or just more time to relax inside the parks.

My husband & I stayed at the HRH for 4 nights and I could have used 2 more nights. If you only stay 4 nights, you are just getting used to the place and then it's time to leave. We definately needed more time at the pool.

You'll definately see everything in 4 nights. You could always spend a day at SWF (Sea World Florida) if you run out of things to do and want to visit another park.
And yes, after walking around for a couple days, your feet will be very tired.
