Is it possible to see most attractions at both universal studios and IOA in two days (in the week of August 12th - August 17th) without buying the easy pass? Thinking of getting the two day park to park. I have two kids, ages 9 and 12 who like roller coasters, so would like to ride most of them.

usually the express pass will help shorten the wait when you are going in a peak/summer time period.

wait until you are in the parks to see if you need to buy them.

you have less crowds in the park if you can avoid going on saturdays.

if you don't want to spend the extra money of express passes, be at the gate to enter at 8:30ish.

use the single rider lines when possible.

in a two day time period, you will be able to hit the highlights of the parks.
hours are longer in the time period you are going.

I'm also going to be attempting to do this, on the 8th and 11th. Going to Islands of Adventure on the weekday and Studios on the Saturday so hopefully this will work out.

I will try and hop on and let you know how it goes.

thank you for your suggestions. I will wait on the express pass. I probably will be going on weekdays and hope not to spend the extra money.
