I've only visited once, for a character breakfast, and we had a wonderful breakfast experience. It's a shame to have it lying idle for all these years. Fingers crossed for it reopening soon.

There was an article someone posted (I don't remember which site) where the person said they asked a CM and were told it would be this year, but were given no further details or dates. Honestly, it sounds like nothing more than the rumors that have been floating around forever, but several other sites picked it up and ran with it.

I saw THIS ARTICLE posted on Facebook, but it is the only blog posting anything about Park Fare, and they state they were told from cast members… take it with a grain of salt, but of course it’s possible. Disney has not officially announced anything.

I just stayed at the Grand Floridian the last few days. I spoke to a manager who told me the work on the lobby will start after Easter and will be wrapped up by November to get ready for the holidays. She also said 1900 Park Fare will open at the completion of the lobby renovation.

I'm going in November, so if it were open by November I'd be ecstatic. This is my favorite character meal.
