Is 145.00 one way a good price sw out of ny?

This is for jan. 11, 2013... Also we would be coming back jan. 21 same price which is MLK day. Should I book?

Yes, it's a good price; yes, you should book if it's Southwest because if the fare goes down more, you can get credit.

If you are willing to fly in/out of LGA or JFK, I see roundtrip flights for your dates of $202 on Delta and $240 on JetBlue.

jetBlue will likely end up cheaper than Delta - they give you the first checked bag free, while Delta charges about $25 each way. And jetBlue has nicer seats and better pitch.
