Irrational Fear?

So, on my day 61 I added a park day to my package. From 9 to 10 and I also added Memory Maker. Well the price changed accordingly which I have already paid in full. It took a couple of hours but MDE also reflected the 9 to 10 day change which was great because I got FP's that night for all 10 days. But, that was 16-17 days ago and MM still does not show up in MDE.

Now to the crazy part. I know I should just call and tell them, but I have this fear that any change to my package will make my FP's disappear... :scratchin
 
I've read reports on here that MM doesn't show up on your MDE account until it's activated - and it's not activated until you check into your resort. So even though you've purchased it, you have to check in for it to show up.

This isn't first-hand knowledge, just info I picked up from reading these boards. I hope someone who knows for sure will chime in, but wanted to try to put your mind at ease at least a little in the meantime... :thumbsup2
 
I'm also not worried for you, but perhaps on arrival you should have with you proof of payment for MM, such as the actual CC, and the page from your CC statement where the date, price and description of the MM purchase appeared. Disney can track it down from there, and pretty quickly.
 

Do you have the confirmation number for your MM? You can link it yourself on MDE. I purchased MM yesterday and it automatically showed up.... Now if I could just get my MVMCP tickets I'd be set. (Travel agent says she has no info on them yet even though she says she purchased them)

I just checked and my MM shows in my MDE along with the confirmation number. I would call just to double check. If you have your confirmation number or other proof of payment you should be fine. It's probably a glitch. I also received a hard copy MM card in the mail a few days later.

You should just call and speak to IT. I couldn't find my MM on MDE either once I booked it, but it was just that I didn't know where to find it. They directed me to the right place and sure enough, it was there.

No separate confirmation number. I called and added an extra day to my package which was about $50 and MM for about $150 and my total went up $200. I was told my account would update within 10 minutes.
 
Thanks guys. Yeah, I have no real concerns about it except the slight chance of messing with my package now would make my FP's disappear. They are perfect and my itinerary is completely set.

I'll call next week. It is a surprise trip so have to wait until kids aren't around. LOL!

I already feel like dd14 is getting suspicious that every time she comes around my comp I close my browser... :lmao:

PMFJI, but as soon as I sign into MDE, everything is on the page that comes up. Memory Maker is on the bottom. It showed up differently on MDE as soon as I purchased the package. Now the message says to make sure any magic bands or cards we use at a photo location are linked to the account. Then it has a link in blue "view photos". Haven't tried that link, but I'm assuming once we are at WDW and some photos are taken, it'll work.
