Iron-on request

For some time now I have purchased Disney logo t-shirts from Disney's on-line store for my whole family. My oldest son has outgrown his shirts and I can't find the shirts on-line anymore.

Would it be possible for someone to make a design with the word Disney and then I could make him some shirts. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If not, I could try to post a picture of one of our shirts.
