Which is best for grey shirts? Ones for dark colors or light?

It really depends on your design. If you are using a design with lot of color and you have a light gray shirt you could probably use a light transfer. If the design colors are light and you use a light transfer the gray will show through the design.
I say if you are unsure stay on the side of caution and use a dark transfer.

Thanks. I'm use a solid Mickey head with a character (Tink and Mickey) w/names. Then the back will be a colored font.
