Does anyone know if or when the Irish pub place is opening in PI?? I thought it was supposed to be sometime in July

Unofficial word is that construction was delayed by the rainy season, but is aimed for opening in Sept.

I was over there two days ago. It isn't even closed in yet. You can still see through the metal studs. They will really need to hurry if they are going to be open by September. I'd think November would be a more likely timeframe. I'll try to get some pictures and post them soon.

Yeah, I'm over there 5 days a week. It's come along well in the past couple of weeks though. We can finally see structuaral changes over the enclosure. In June you didnt see much changes, as it was mostly foundation work, so im told.

I think it just depends on how long it takes them to do the actual structural work. I guess they have all the interior stuff sitting and ready to go inside as soon as the building is done.

I really hope it is done when we are there in December. Gabby went to Ireland earlier this year with her mom and I think that she will get a kick out of revisiting a bit of that as the year comes to a close. Maggie

It changes...and now that Pleasure Island doesn't open until 7 ( had been opening at 3 for merchandise ) i think they'll move along even faster
