Ipods and Shuffles
Question ? ? ? Does anyone know how to delete songs downloaded on your Ipod or Shuffle? I downloaded music on my husbands shuffle and accidently downloaded some that he doesn't want. So I'm looking for some assistance here.

plug the ipod into your itunes and then find the music on the ipod. Highlight the song that you don't want on the ipod and then hit delete or backspace. It will be off the ipod but still in your itunes.

Is there a way to delete everything on the shuffle and start from scratch from my library? It's funny, there are songs on his shuffle that I don't see on his music library but they are in the main itunes library.

The way Itunes works is that is replaces all the music on your device each time it downloads. Technically, it can neither just add a single song or delete a single song. You just have to reload it with the all the music you want and nothign else. -- Suzanne

So, can I delete everything on the shuffle then go back to the library and start over again? I guess I'm wondering if there's a way of deleting everything from my husband's playlist and start from scratch again. I have a nano he has a shuffle.
