ipod users and itunes -- HELP!

okay I can not figure out how to purchase one single song. Can anyone help me?

How far have you gotten? There should be a button next to the song that says "Add Song". When you are done, go to your shopping cart and click on the button that says "Buy Song".

They also have a help menu that should walk you through the steps.

I only get the add album. Maybe I am searching wrong to get a single song to come up. When I do a song search it comes up to show me what album it is on.

I'm thinking that maybe you havn't scrolled down enough on the webpage to see the individual songs listed? That is where you can listen to each song and then click on Add Song.

I have looked every where. I tried scrolling down. I have no clue what I am doing wrong. I wonder if it is my AOL.

Does the page just has pictures of the album covers and maybe a bio of the artist? That's not the right page.

Are the tracks listed? Can you listen to the songs? If not, that's the wrong page, too. Click on the album and it should take you to the page with the songs listed. You can listen to a small cut and there is a "buy" button by each song.

If nothing helps you could delete the program and go get the newest version and download it again. Seems like they come out with a new version twice a month!

I ran into the same problem over the weekend. Wanted one song for my daughter and itunes only had the entire album or a 4-song sampler album available. I downloaded it from Yahoo instead for .99, but it's a protected wma format that I can't do anything with other than play it from my computer! I wanted to put it on cd for my daughter. I'm done with Yahoo, that's for sure!

I found Soak Up the Sun available as a single-song purchase. There were 2 or 3 choices, including the kidz bop version

I haven't checked on the Bon Jovi yet...

There are quite a few programs available on the web that can convert WMA files to both MP3 (to play in iTunes and other MP3 players) and WAV format (to burn on a CD and play in regular CD players/stereos). I don't have a particular one to recommend, but just searching "wma to mp3" or "wma to wav" on Google brought up quite a few links.
