iPod Touch/iPhone Apps for DVC/Disney?

It sounds like the touch is a good choice, just not for some of the certain apps that required the internet (got it ). But the others you mentioned sound pretty cool like the dining or the touring plans wait times.

We were not planning on getting the iPod touch - had my DH not won it, we were fine with our regular iPods. Having said that, we are impressed with it and now DH wants to replace his cell phone with the iPhone. We'll see - it would be nice not to worry about when/if you have an internet connection. We have, however, downloaded games and apps that do not require internet and those are addictive .

There is a new version of the DVC Planner app out. It is now a universal app - an app that looks completely different on the iPad, but also works on the iPhone and iPod Touch. You basically get two apps in one. I have updated my version, I now have an iPad, and it's pretty good.
