I did live chat 4 times today an not one would give me the credit. I than emaile and the rep told me to purchase a 25 card an email them the order number to get a credit.

I did that a few hour aago an havent heard back.

Some people had luck with them putting a $25 promotional gc in their account.. others had no luck at all so good luck.

I just wish they were consistent
