Ipod Touch 32gb - best recent deal?

Just wondering what others have seen for a "best deal" for the touch 32gb recently so I know when to pull the trigger.

I assume the price really won't drop before Christmas so hoping for the highest gift card add on.

The best price I have found is Walmart.com they were $274 for the black ones which may have went up if the upgraded software ones are now the only ones out. If your signed up with e-bates or fatwallet you can buy thru their link and get more money back If you would rather buy in store then wait for them to have giftcards available with purchase =) Apple only allows prices to drop if they are getting rid of them and bringing in a new line... Refurbished on Apple.com will also save money

They just dropped the prices on iPod touch. Apple sells them for $299. $274 is the lowest I have seen for new ones. Wal-Mart as pp said, Amazon, and Target have them for $274-$279. It comes in white now too.

You could get a refurbished 64gb from Apple's site for $249. That's the cheapest it gets.

Just an FYI, this doesn't have Face Time capabilities.

I have been searching for a deal on the 32GB also I'm just checking the apple site every day to see if they have them in the refurbished section.

I'm hoping for a good deal on Black Friday. I bought ours several years ago and got really good gift cards that year.

If I find them, my youngest daughter will get the ipod and my oldest will get the gift card...

Thanks, but unfortunately the whole reason we are upgrading my dd's is so she will have the one with Face Time.
That is a great price though for a 32 if someone didn't care about the FT
