iPod Question

Whenever we go to load a new song on our iPod, it wipes everything out and we have to load the entire folder onto the iPod again. Why is this happening? Can we just add 1 song and how do we do that?

I'm a mac person, so I can't give you specifics. But look in your itunes (if thats the software you are using) preferences. If its anything like mine, you should be able to check off some options that will help you out.

Make sure you have the latest version of ITunes. I am using 4.9.0.17.

Make sure that you don't have a checkmark in the option:
"Replace all songs when refilling" on the Ipod source

I can just drop and drag a new song from "Library" source to "Ipod" source and it adds it to what is already there.
