Hey iPhone users! When you are outside in full sun, can you see the screen on your iPhone? I don't have an iPhone and I can not see the screen on my phone in full sun, it's making me aggravated. DH has a Blackberry and I can see his screen, but I'd rather have an iPhone. Please share!!

Dh bought some screen protectors that cuts down the glare at the ATT store.

I personally haven't had a problem with mine, but I haven't had it in bright sunlight, just a normal day...

Just turn up the brightness.

Brightness on screens for phone/laptops etc are used in the opposite way than many think.

The brighter the light the brighter you have to make the screen.

The dimmer the light the dimmer you can make the screen. In fact it hurts my eyes if I have the screen too bright in dark rooms.

Do you have auto-brightness turned on? This will automatically turn up the brightness when you're out in the sun. If that isn't enough, turn up the brightness itself.

I was reading a book on my Kindle iPhone app by the pool the other day. So, yes, you can see it in the sun.

Thank you everyone! Yes, my brightness is turned up. I can see it fine everywhere except outside in the sun. I do want an iPhone because of all the cool features, but just don't want to have the same problem. I need to text when I'm sitting by the pool, I go thru withdrawls.
