iPhone can't login

Day 3 and I still can't login using my iPhone .
I have call MS everyday and they tell me they haven't received any notification that there's a problem, but they will let the IT department know. After 3 days of me calling it should have been noted
This is aggravating. Thanks for letting me vent.

It's working fine for me. Can you login elsewhere or is it strictly isolated to your phone?

Just on phone, I even took it to the ATT store and they had they tried to fix it and couldn't. So I had know idea what is going on.

never a problem with any of our Motorola phones, do you have wifi enabled? Are you at the parks? Or in the resort?

I have an iPhone 6, just logged in with no problem. Is there an Apple store near you?

Just on phone, I even took it to the ATT store and they had they tried to fix it and couldn't. So I had know idea what is going on.

Do a soft reset and try again. Double check the address you use against what you can log in from a computer, sometimes they change the URL for subsequent pages and anything bookmarked may not work after a while. If that doesn't work, try a different browser like Google Chrome. I just logged in iPhone 7 plus.

Which iPhone? If it's a 6 or 7, hold down the power and volume down buttons at the same time until you see the apple logo.

Not sure if it's relevant to you. I am unable to log in to MS when I have privacy settings enabled on iPhone and/or iPad. No problem without them. Hope it helps.

I went back to the ATT store and ask them to try to fix it again(same guy).
As I was watching him go over my phone I saw him turn off the "privacy" setting .
I asked him if he did this yesterday and he replied yes, so I asked for my phone, And turned on the privacy.
It now works.
Good grief Charlie Brown.
In other words- don't go back to ATT store- ask DisBoards first
