IOA/Universal

Does anyone know if we can get a one day ticket for IOA and Universal once we are out there? We fly Dec 1st and are not planning on going to Universal. However, if we can get a good deal on a one day ticket we will consider it.

Universal website only have 2 day tickets, but I'm sure I read someplace that you can get a one day ticket at the gate.

My husband did get a 1 day ticket for the 2 parks - it was a couple of years ago now.
