My wife and I can do without thrill rides. We have 5 year olds. Skip IOA, or not?

If you can do both parks, there is enough in the two parks to fill a day for the kids. Suess Landing in IOA has four rides for little ones plus a play area and is very well themed. There are also a few other play areas in IOA for them to be entertained. Then go over to USF and ride Jimmy Neutron, Shrek, perhaps Twister depending on the kids and Jaws depending on the kids. Do the whole Curious George area and Barney show and Animal show. Ride ET and if your girls are brave you can do the Horror Makeup Show. That should fill a day very nicely.

I have twins that just turned 6 and they love IOA the best out of any parks, even Disney. Seuss Landing is their favorite. There have been times that we have spent half a day just there. They just can't get enough of "If I ran the Zoo" and "One fish Two Fish".

There are loads for kids at US/IOA, Woody Woodpecker, ET, Barney, Curious George etc

Josh has more fun at US than at any of the Disney parks.

IOA has been DD's favorite park (over all the WDW parks) since she was 3 1/2. US might actually beat it out now that she is 8 and is tall enough for ROTM.
Seuss Landing and Camp Jurrasic are great for kids the age of your twins.
They would probably like Spiderman too. it is pretty intense, but that is mainly due to the 3D effects.
