IOA dining hours?

Does anyone know how late IOA's restaurants are open? I'm going Sept 19 (friday) and want to have dinner at Circus McGurkus - but would hate to show up at 5:30 and have them be closed.

It varies from restaurant to restaurant and Circus is one that closes early more regularly than others. Sometime early in the day drop by, the operating hours are posted at the entrance.
