Invitation Wording Help

Okay, we got the design and layout back from our invitation designer - but she wants me to send her what wording I want to include for the insert cards. So far I think I should include a "Events" card and a RSVP card maybe? I don't know if it's redundant to even include a RSVP card since it's only 13 of us. Do I need any other insert cards?

I don't even know what to write, what format to use, or what it's supposed to look like! I'm not even 100% sure of how the timeline works the day of so how do I write approximate pickup times for the limo for example?

The only details I know are that the ceremony is at 12:00 - the woman are all getting ready with me so we'll be picked up by Limo at our room in the Poly and all the guys are getting ready at the Caribbean and being picked up there.

Then, pictures, cake, champagne, etc.. I dunno how long that all takes!! I want to have the limo take everyone either back to their hotel (everyone is staying at the Caribbean) or to the Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian to join us for drinks before our 5:00 reservation at 'Ohana.

Then, 8:30 for the fireworks cruise.

I dunno what to do! AHH! Somebody help me! Any examples? Where do I find wording/layouts? *PULLS HAIR OUT* LOL!!

Here are my invites. I have the regular invitation, a reception card, the coach bus schedule and an rsvp card.

I think the RSVP card is up to you. I have 36 people going and I still did the RSVP card. Not to make sure people are coming but more for the formality.

Thank you!! Your transportation insert was very helpful! I want to include something like that - but I guess I'm nervous because I know all the times will be approximate.

I have a meeting with my invitation people tomorrow!! I know there was a thread on wedding invitations and people posted pictures of their invites, does anyone have a link to that, i can't find it.

I would love to see more peoples invites too, would like to see how they worded their invitations.

Thank you, Carrie! Most picture sites (Photobucket, etc) are blocked at work so I'll look at it when I get home!

Promise me that if you ever get bored of answering newbie questions that you'll at least do it AFTER December.
