Hello everyone,

After reading a few invite posts I have a new question for you all!

Do you, or do you plan on including your wedding website on the invites? I am planning on sending invites out 3 months before the wedding (since it is in FL after all) and thought adding the website might be handy so people could get all the Disney stuff in order... Is this tacky or not generally done? I do not want to offend anyone by doing this, as our website is the DFTW wedding one, it does include a link to registry info. I am against registry info on the invites but I really think the website info would be appriciated by guests. Should I leave it off all together? Do you think including it would seem tacky/rude?

I think including the website would be handy since it has all the links to make your hotel res stuff and ticket info as well... and I know most invites I get have hotel/accomodation info on them on a seperate card...

TIA, I am lost on this:goodvibes

we are planning on including it in ours. It was also on our save the dates - and we email our guests periodically :thumbsup2

DF and I are such web people and it just makes it easier to get our guests all of the info they need by giving them the website. We are even allowing our guests to RSVP from our site.

I'm putting the website on there. There are some family members of Rob's that I don't even know yet. I figure if they have questions they can get in touch with me through that and not have to make Rob the go between. And there's so much more on the website than just the registry. If you were just putting your registry link on there, that would be tacky. But a website that instructs and helps people with this whole Disney thing - I think that's fine! :thumbsup2

Thanks ladies! I am glad to hear that you both are including it as well. I just think it will also cut down on questions (well hopefully) because people will be able to do it themselves... is this wishful thinking:rotfl2:

I wish we had put our website somewhere with the invitations. It definitely saves a lot of repetitive questions from ppl who have never been to WDW.

We're going to hand write our wedding website name on the bottom of our bridal shower thank you notes, to those attending the wedding. We're still up in the air about telling those who are attending, but we know we'll put pictures of the event on there afterwards and it might give those who weren't able to go at least some updates on how it went. :)

We included ours on the save the date and are also including it on the invite. Our invites are pocketfolds, so one of the inserts is "accommodations." There's a link on our Website where guests can reserve their room, so we just put it on there to make it easier.
