I suppose I should introduce myself. 
I go by the Yzerbear. No that is not my real name. I don't like to use my real name on the Internet. I'm from Michigan. I have two older brothers and one younger sister. My oldest brother is married, but they don't have any children yet. I keep telling them they need to get on that so that I can have someone to buy really cool things for! My parents are going to be celebrating their 33rd anniversary on Friday. I'm single and have no children of my own. I have a bachelor's degree in history.
I love hockey and figure skating, though only watching them. I have this fear of falling down on the ice and hurting myself, so I leave the skating to the professionals. Huge fan of the Detroit Red Wings, though I haven't watched many games this year. Its sad not seeing #19 out there.
I LOVE traveling. I was lucky that I grew up in a family that enjoys traveling. My parents took us on many road trips to Florida. My great-grandma lived down there so we would go visiting then sometimes go to Disney World. My first trip to Disney was in 1982. I'm going to do something that I don't normally do, which is post a picture of myself: Picture from Disney I'm the one in the white hat. My brothers are the ones in the red shirts. I don't remember anything about that trip since I wasn't even 2 years old yet. The next trip was in 1987 for spring break. I do remember that one. I didn't go again until 2005 to celebrate my 25th birthday. It was a blast.
I've gone to 15 other states and hope to go to all 50 of them. My favorite city is probably Chicago. I absolutely love that city. I put a lot of miles on my car driving around the state to visit family and friends. One of my favorite places is Antietam National Battlefield in Sharpsburg, MD. Its a truly amazing place with such a sad history. There are places and sights there that just touch my soul. I love places with history and museums.
I love going to concerts. My favorite band is the Counting Crows. I've seen them like 6 times in concert. I'm not a stalker or groupie I swear! I like a variety of music (though not country or rap). Right now I really like Snow Patrol. There newest CD is awesome. I love 90s alternative music. I wish we could go back to those days. Ahhh, the good ole days before boy bands and Spice girls ruined music.
I also enjoy scrapbooking, photography, reading and writing. I also like doing some graphic design. I have a website with my sister where we post wallpapers we've created. We're in the middle or redesigning the site a bit so all the content isn't up yet, but please check out the site, the link is in my signature.
