I've seen so many cute pictures of dogs and cats in signatures. Thought it would be nice to introduce our pets to the Dis

My crazy duo: Farley and Rosie. Both are Miniature Schnauzers. They drive me nuts but I lov'em like crazy. Anyone know of a magical pill to stop barking? If you even THINK of coming over, they'll let me know!

And Spencer, our 6 month old Golden Retreiver is in my signature...what a character!!

I WISH I knew how to post pictures!!! I have two doggies: Ben and Belle.

They are both rescued Beagles and they are 6 and 5 respectively. They are GREAT dogs!! And so CUTE--but I'm technologically challenged, so I can't show you!!!

This is Monty Dog. He is a 2 (almost) year old Smooth Haired Jack Russel Terror. He is of the short, stumpy variety. He has a docked tail which is funny when he tries to chase it. He is a wicked attention hound and he gets cranky when you are not cuddling him. He will show his crankyness by letting off foul smells and burping. You would not know he was so stinky by his rather high class hobbies which include :

Boating :

Carriage Rides :

Chatting with his friends :

Classic trains :

Monty enjoys eating Snausages, playing with his friends and little brother and being sneaky. As some may recall from the heated 2004 election He aspires to one day be president :

This is Dodger. Dodger is a 5 month old wire haired Jack Russell Terror, also short but he has a tail so he doesn't look AS goofy when he chases it.

Dodger's favorite hobby is following Monty around, doing what Monty does, and trying to be like Monty. He also enjoys sitting around the table when people eat staring at them with a pathetic look on his face like this one:

His favorite snack is Cheerios. He does not enjoy being woken up from naps, or moved off the couch or someone's lap. He also does not enjoy going to the bathroom in the proper place (but he's going to start enjoying it real soon  )

Those are my guys.

All these pictures are adorable! I always love the Monty/Dodger pictures, and Harley is just so cute!
I want another dog :)

Oh my God! All of your pets are so adorable!

This is my furry son, Humphrey the Basset Hound.

I wish I knew how to get pictures of my cats on the boards. Anyway, there's Max and Pete. Pete was walking along a major road in our hometown when my husband spotted her and rescued her. She's 13 and very attached to me. Max wandered out of the woods and onto our driveway when he was just a kitten. Someone had dropped him off with a can of cat food. They're the best. We love them and can't imagine life without them. :cat: :cat:

In my signature, you'll see 9 lb. Princess Faith who rules over this house! She was a stray who was rescued out of the local animal shelter by a local small animal rescue group. They estimated that she was about two years old at that time. We think she's mostly Pekingnese.

The rescue group named her Faith because they came and got her out of the shelter on her "Kill" day :guilty: The shelter employees had been bugging them to PLEASE come check her out because they thought she'd make a great pet and be very adoptable but she needed to be groomed first and fattened up (< 7 lbs. at the time) and they didn't have the time or resources to do it. They came and got her just in the nick of time! Thank goodness because she's made such a wonderful additional to our lives. We added the Princess to her name because she loves to sit on her throne (pillow) and survey her kingdom and all her humble servants! princess:

Meet Laila's twin sister, Sassy!

OMG!! Did you get Sassy from a box on the side of the road in Tampa, FL?? That is where Laila came from!! They do look like sisters!!

JVL1018: your pup looks overwhelmed to be in the snow!! :rotfl: Is that an icicle hanging from her lips?? :rotfl:

What cutie pies!! :lovestruc

LOL! No, I actually found her in a grocery store parking lot in the middle of June in Texas. The vet said she was only about 5 weeks old, and more than likely an hour from dying. :guilty: She has a very strained meow from being so dehydrated then. Our friends started calling her Aflac! :rotfl:
