Love seeing old friends ( Ivan & Skippy ) and new ones Congrats to you all Thoughts to all of you dealing with health issues/older kids been there too many times and just to join in since no new kids here: One of my favorite shots of Maxine at the kitchen window aka: Maxine's drive thru:

" You got any carrots in there ? and super size it ! "

This is my ACD, Tali, happily (obviously) showing off her Christmas outfit. She's easily one of the smartest/best dogs I've ever had in my life.

It was a bit snug this year :worried:

And this is my GSD "puppy," Aria. She's 10 months old now, so a little bigger than the picture. I think she was around 65 lbs when we had her fixed last month. She's a freakin' bull in a China closet!

I'm looking forward to getting her out of the house this Summer. It's been a long Winter!

Love seeing all the pets - great pics. ::yes::

It's been a while since we've had a good pet thread.

I have a new baby to introduce, and I know there are others who do, also.

Meet Duffy. He is a 16 week old Cairn Terrier who joined our household less than two weeks ago.

I know this will probably surprise people since I've always had German Shepherds. I still have my German Shepherd but she has myelopathy. :sad1: Good news is that she's still healthy and happy and enjoying the little guy.

At night she pulls herself over to his crate so she can sleep next to him. (So proud of my girl! :love2: )

So let's see yours!

So cute, I love them.

I love all these shepherds! I like all the others, too, but the shepherds hold a special place in my heart. Here are my babies.

Your dog is so adoreable, I am loving all the photos of everyones pets. Keep them coming.

A vet I used to work for had an ACD...used to " herd " everyone animals and humans alike Does she ? VERY cute

Ah all the GSDs one of the first dogs we had as a kid, love when their ears seem so big and they have to grow into them Love the head tilts

Puddy Cats...miss having one in our family those 2 seem so sweet

Our oldest girl "Fantasia" turned 14 last Sept We've had her since she was about a month old I was so lucky with her

Working at the vet office I mentioned it was my day to open up Of course there was a box on the front steps waiting for me So sad animals were dumped all the time

The box was Rockin and Rollin so much I assumed there were a bunch of cats inside ...very typical I opened it to see the biggest brown eyes staring up at me from the cutest puppy in the world I immediately put her in a crate in the office and labeled the door " Ruthie's ! "

Vet thought an English Pointer breeder in the area may have dumped her ...Their loss..best dog in the world ..which led me to joining Pointer Rescue and having many many dogs to share our life with :goodvibes

Maxine ( the horse ) was a rescue too from Canada That's another story in itself Let's just say we have not had a dull life :upsidedow

My ACD tried to nip heels when she was a puppy a few times but we broke it quickly.

We do call her The Enforcer though. Anybody wrestling gets a smack down. She doesn't tolerate it! She sits in between us and breaks up our grips. Very 'not on my watch!' Lmao. My poor husband. She always defends the females!

She's beautiful :wave2: I thought she might be trying to rule all of you ..Good job ! Funny thing is the vet never could break her of it and a vet assistant ended up keeping the dog ( with great success ) The Enforcer :rotfl: yes we have one here like that too a Red Bone Coonhound keeps everyone in line ..including Maxine the horse when he " thinks" she's running around too much He'll stand on the deck and bark at her Yes life is a laugh riot around here

Love this thread! It's really made me smile! We always had GSD's growing up and my beautiful girl died a couple of years ago from a twisted stomach. We do still have our loveable Lab and he is such a sweetie. But I have loved seeing everyone's cute and adorable and furry members of the family.

Now I'm subbed in too.

Thought this was hilarious but i put a hug pillow on my dog's napping area and he fell asleep standing up while leaning on the hug pillow...

This our new guy, Jaxson. He is a 3 year old retired show dog who needed to be rehomed. We had another Bulldog for many years (another retired show dog), and I really wanted another.

Our 13 year old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with lymphoma in January. My DH suggested we get a new dog before Belle passed, to make it easier on our two young Labs. So we got Jaxson in February, and Belle passed away in March. It did seem to help our Labs to have a new playmate, who was not grieving as much as they were.

Jaxson is SO cute- he snores so loud I had to move his crate to the living room! And he will definitely pee or poop in the house whenever he is mad, or you don't pay enough attention to him. Any tips on that would be appreciated!
