Quite a workout schedule. Do you lift at home or at a gym?

Make sure you are getting your calcium because you are still very young and developing your bone bank. You are tall and will want to make sure you don't get osteoporosis when you are older. My DD is going to be tall like you and this is the Drs biggest concern for her.

I used to lift ALOT in HS and college and I loved it. I'll be 40 this summer so now I lift to tone, not to build, but I miss those days...

Hope to hear more about your routine and eating plan too.

Have a great weekend!

Welcome! :wave2:

Good luck to you--I love your journal name!

Hi, I just thought I would come back and tell you my results.

I pretty much scrapped that old workout plan, in exchange for another but i wont bore you with the minor details like that. I lost 10 more lbs and im seeing much more of a change in my body. I'am much more musculer, which i'm very proud of.

The main thing is the supplements I started taking.

2 servings (40grams) of Whey protein
1 serving (5.25 grams) of creatine monohydrate
5 servings(5000 milligrams) of Fish Oil

I love the results im getting, if anyone wants more info on the supplements i'd be more than happy to help.

Hi there! Welcome to WISH! Read other peoples journals, and drink your water. Those help immensely.
