I have a lecture at uni, and later I am taking DD to see her grandma

I love Marks and Spencer oat cereal with chocolate flakes. But I'm also getting a taste for Alpen after weeks of eating it

How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

Not long, usually 20 minutes including a shower.

Alpen and grape nuts with banana - and possibly some apple and grapes. Delicious!
