Unfortunately, yes (the year my Dad died....Mom didn't want to cook alone)


Do you have a large Christmas Eve dinner?

No. All the family arrive on Christmas day. We go to a party on Christmas eve at the theatre we volunteer at.

Do you have any new years eve plans yet?

usually we do, but not yet. have a few invites tho......

do you drink champagne at the ringing in of the new year?

pound cake, brownies with ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce, plus cheesecake!!!!

about 5-5:30ish

are you serving wine w/ Christmas dinner?

nope, don't drink wine..........we serve punch (not laced)


Do you wake up early on Christmas Morning?

um, i think the question is: do i ever get to sleep Christmas Eve night to wake up at all?? I'm usually up all night--too excited and can't sleep!! But, to answer...yes! I'm usually first up and waiting on DS to get up!

Are you up late Christmas Eve wrapping, baking and such? ....or do you hit the hay early??

Not up late tonight..........done all my wrapping & hope to have all my cooking done in daylight hours.......

Do you have as much fun a your kids(if you have any) when watching them open their presents?

We don't have kids, but the cats are usually up first in our house!!
