What is your favorite salad? (China Island Chicken is the one I like at RFC)

I'm pretty funny (or picky) about my salads. I love just iceberg lettuce with no funny leaves or shrubs in it. I like cucumbers and purple onions in it though and I LOVE Olive Garden's house dressing.
