Interview the person below you (Part II)

Maleficent (dream, I know). So realistically - Lady Tremaine because she is a little less "displayed" than other characters.
Ride: Big Thunder Mountain. It is a perfect way to say goodnight to the park. :)

Same Question: You have half an hour left at MK, you can only do one ride and meet one character. What and who do you choose and why?

I'd ride POTC and say hi to Beast :)

You only have just enough money for one last snack at WDW, what would you choose and why?

Dole Whip Float

What is the one quiet place in all of WDW that you like to just sit back and go AHHHHHH?

Lunch at the Brown Derby is our respite at DHS.

If you could only stay at one Disney resort for the rest of your vacations, which would you chose and why?

Yacht or Beach Club. Their proximity to the Boardwalk and EPCOT are appealing and the theming is beautiful.

Describe your ideal park day?

Rope Drop to Closing. :)

Question: What restaurant have you tried getting into that you just cannot seem to score a reservation at? (not something that you have never tried for)

None. We have always managed to get CRT and Le Cellier and have BOG for our upcoming trip.

If you had to choose one ride from each "land" in MK that they were going to refurb, which would you choose and why?

Stitch - it is just horrible
Bear Jamboree - Al new show
Mickey's Philharmagic - Would like to see something fresh
WDW Railroad - just to add some stuff to the scenery - and not cheesy animatronics
Jungle Cruise - it is just super cheesy
Hall of Presidents - put a whole new show in there

Same Question: If you had to choose one ride from each "land" in MK that they were going to refurb, which would you choose and why?

Tomorrowland - Astro Orbiter - I'd just change the elevator to something much faster and more efficient loading. That's a great ride that gets passed over because of its horrible queue and loading process
Fantasyland - Peter Pan - I'd update the queue here too.....soooooo boring. Honestly though, the upcoming Princess meet and greet? I know it's not open yet but more princesses? Really? I'd change it to a more unisex-focused meet and greet (Peter Pan, Hook, and Smee maybe?) or put in a new ride. There's way too much girl- and princess-focused stuff already.
Liberty Square - No refurbs here for me.....love it all. If I could add anything, I'd add in something like Voices of Liberty at Epcot.
Frontierland - Country Bears - Just to have something to refurb, I'd say this one. It's not one we normally do but the others are good now.
Adventureland - Jungle Cruise - my only change would be to somehow change the dock where loading and unloading would go faster. Maybe a walkway over the canal where you could load on one side and unload on the other? And I'd make the process of becoming and staying a JC captain much more stringent. No more just OK captains! You're not funny or not into it? You have a new job waiting for folks to show up for Stitch.
Main Street - Casey's - expand the seating somehow and bring back the old hot dog buns!!

For what attraction(s) would it really really worry you if you heard they were getting a big refurb?

Not that I ride it anymore but Tower of Terror. If it ain't broke (Minus cosmetic work) why fix it?

Where would you put and what would you theme the next Disney resort?

I'd love a resort themed just Agrabah and Aladdin. Somewhere near EPCOT

You have half an hour left at AK, just enough time to meet one character and do one ride. Which ride and character would you meet and why?

I would ride Expedition Everest and the character I would meet would be Mushu from Mulan. He hasn't been meet and greeting at AK for several years, but we saw him there about 10 years ago and have never met him again.

Do you like the themed resort rooms, like the Pirate ones at CBR and the Royal ones at POR? Would you spend the extra $ for these rooms?

Possibly but we don't spend that much time in the hotel rooms. We just sleep, shower and head back to the parks.

Describe your ideal final park in the parks for your trip?

My ideal final park would be Magic Kingdom. Start off with an early breakfast at Crystal Palace and then head over to either Space Mountain or BTMRR. Then afterwards try to get in as many of our favorite rides that we can before lunch, which will be at Be Our Guest Restaurant, then (depending on when our flight was), we would either head back to the resort to catch the ME bus or ride a few more rides. However, before we leave the park, we would have to take one last picture in down Main Street looking towards the castle waving to it and saying "See you real soon".

Describe the next resort that Disney should build (non DVC resort).

I think they should take inspiration from the idea of getting to stay in the castle suite if you're very lucky and sort of make a castle hotel decked out in princess suites. They don't really have a princess based hotel and it seems to be a huge draw these days. I loved Art of Animation but ofcourse we had to stay in the Little Mermaid section cuz it was the only princess to choose from. So maybe they can elaborate on that. I know people don't think the boys have much at Disney anymore so maybe they could do a Pirate themed hotel too. I don't think the rooms in CBR count lol. I don't think they should've been done at all actually, but that's another story.

If you could open your own restaurant in Disney- where would it be, what would be the theme, what would you serve, and what's your signature drink??

If you could open your own restaurant in Disney- where would it be, what would be the theme, what would you serve, and what's your signature drink??

I would love to see an actual sit down restaurant in the American Pavilion (get rid of the QS). They would serve different foods from the different regions of America (steak, BBQ, Beef sandwiches, chili, etc...). The theme would be Americana that tells the story of our country and the signature drink would be lemonade (could add a splash of liquor for the older crowd).

Which country would you like to see in WS?

I would like to see a pavilion with Caribbean theme. Not sure which island to focus on, but that would be something different. Maybe it could have a scary ride featuring Tia Dalma?

Or a Grecian pavilion sounds appealing for no other reason than the food.

What do you think of the plans for Avatarland?
