Interview the person below you (Part II)

We always eat Boma for Breakfast after checking out and then we head to Animal Kingdom since it is closest to AKV.

Is there a character that has never been in the parks that you wish they would add?

The Lion from Bedknobs and broomsticks would be a fun character. grumpy like the stepsisters but could make it fun too. Of course most kids have no idea what Bedknobs and Broomsticks is but it was one of my favorite movies as a kid.

Have you ever had a bad experience with a Disney character in the parks?

Have you ever had a bad experience with a Disney character in the parks?

I've never had a bad experience with a character. We had a bad experience with a character attendant and photopass photographer at EPCOT who both started yelling at us. :( It had nothing to do with the characters. It was strange because it was at the EPCOT Character Spot. Donald "saw" what happened and then spent so much time with us right after it happened. It made up for the small "problem"

Best character experience you've ever had? :)

That's so hard to narrow down!! We have such great experiences every time and come home with awesome stories of meeting the characters. Our time with Stitch, Tigger, and Donald Duck always seem to be totally top-notch, and we've had a few interesting things happen with characters, but I think our best experience overall was probably the first time we met Belle in her blue dress. She was so sweet and spent a lot of time with my DSs, who were only 3 and 5 at the time. I absolutely melted when she asked them where they lived......they said Minnesota and she said "Oh my! That's a very long carriage ride from here!"

If you could add characters to a current restaurant, which would you choose, who and why?

I would love if if they had a Toy Story Meal at HS, maybe Hollywood and Vine and change the characters available for lunch. They could have Buzz, Woody, Jessie, Bullseye and maybe Lotso. The Toy Story series is one of our favourite Pixar movies.

I'd also love a Pixar meal in general somewhere at HS. The Toy Story characters, Monsters Inc, Up! gang, Ratatouille and A Bug's Life, especially now that the parade has been cancelled. They're so popular so I'm surprised there isn't a meal dedicated to the Pixar Gang. :)

Same Question: If you could add characters to a current restaurant, which would you choose, who and why?

I would choose a Pixar or Toy Story meal. I would do it at Hollywood and Vine....and change their menu, too. :)

Do you have a ride at each park that is your "must" first do each trip? If so, which rides in each park?

We go to the big ticket rides first thing before the parks get too crowded, so
MK.....Fantasyland, usually Peter Pan
Epcot.....Soarin
AK....EE
DHS TSMM

What rides at each park do you NOT ride?

MK: There is nothing at MK that we don't go on at least once per trip, even Stitch
AK: It's Tough to Be a Bug, usually Primeval Whirl
EPCOT: Captain EO (once was enough), Ellen's Energy Adventure (once was enough), We skip move of the movies since we've seen them :)
HS: Studio Backlot Tour (usually skip now), we have skipped TSM too (prefer the Buzz ride at MK)

Same Q :)

They are in the parade but I'd love to meet some of the other monsters from Monsters Inc.?

I actually read that you can meet them by the Backlot Studio Tour!

Ok,
MK- I have never been on the Liberty Bell and always skip Hall of Presidents.
Epcot- Mission Space
DHS-Ive never bothered with those studio shows, like the monster sounds show or the one with Drew Carey, never with the AI Experience, and have yet to do Voyage of The Little Mermaid, but now I have a 3 yr old girl who will love it one day
AK-That cat and mouse type ride they have there, cant rememeber the name

What is your favorite restaurant outside the parks?

We love Narcoossee's at G-Flo. If you mean beyond Disney property, we have never eaten beyond WDW property.

If you could have one Disney restaurant in your hometown, which one and why?

Narcoossee's! Filet and Lobster tail.......YUM!

When you first came to the Disboards, what brought you here? Was the site suggested to you or did you find it via a Google/browser search?

a friend from another board mentioned it..............and here I am still, all these years later

What is your favorite "quiet" time thing to do at Epcot?

We like to find a spot around World Showcase with a cup of coffee and a snack and just people watch. We also ride Spaceship Earth if we want a quieter ride :)

What is your favourite spot in EPCOT and why?

I love the area around Spaceship Earth. It is the theme park music. :)

What is your favorite spot in Magic Kingdom and why?

What is your favorite spot in Magic Kingdom and why?

I love two spaces. Firstly the Hub in front of the Castle. I love being able to look toward each of the "lands", down Main St and up at the Castle.

I also love the area around POTC. It's the "feel" of the entire area. POTC is one of the first things I think of when I think of MK :)

Same Question :) (love to hear others favourite spots in the parks)
