There's a spot on one of the snowmobile trails in ME where, if the wind is right, you can smell not 1, but *3* paper mills! It smells like being dropped in a vat of overcooked, rotting turnips.

dh would say his favorite smell is the whiskey at the jack daniels distillery.. when they popped open that vat for everyone to smell, dh sat right there while everyone else took a whiff and kept walking. it was strong enough to taste.

DH is in charge of the home ones. I think they're full of random screw drivers, pliers, batteries, nuts and bolts, and other stuff he empties out of his pocket.

TT drawer is similar

Camp...well there are only 2 whole drawers at camp period. The junk drawer is matches, candles, batteries, ibuprofen, lens cleaner for helmet visors, nuts, bolts and spare change.

We dont have any junk drawers. BUT, when I was a kid we did and the most int. thing I found was a quarter size pet turtle that had disappeared out of his dish for a very long time. He showed up in the drawer,,or at least his shell did.

I don't know if I can name just one! I love anything that comes out of my Daddy's garden! Nothing make me happier than a big ol' bowl of my Mamma's chicken and dumplings. And then there's caramel and chocolate.

No, I would not eat out no matter how far, cost etc..
I'd miss my own good cooking..also some restaurants don't care how much fat they put in their food.

For us it was Fultons Crabhouse,,surf'n turf !! Yeah Baby !! With dessert !!
Course, that was some time ago.

Absolutely ! What the hell were those "Morans" thinking when they stopped the pirate parties !?!?!
I had just bought a pirates outfit and only got to wear it once !!

I can't believe I never tried this thread earlier - too busy I guess. Favorite place for me at DHS would have to be Prime Time Cafe. Food was OK, but it brings back memories of eating with some really good friends on a very fun trip years ago. Great times.

I know I just answered one, but I feel like doing another!

Yes, last year I made a gift basket for my DD16 for a pre-trip surprise. It had a Pal Mickey, some Disney Dollars, magazines and snacks for the very long drive, some Mickey flip-flops, some Disney nail tattoos, and some other random Disney items. I put it all in a Disney World bag that she used to tote to the pool. {sigh} I can't wait to go back!
