DD8 and DS 6 in the PO Riverside pool in April. I realized that DS had slipped off his float tube and was treading water to beat the band. I was fully dressed and about to jump in with watch and cell phone still on when DS got to him with her float tube. Not sure how close he was to being in real trouble, and I had let my attention slip for a second. Needless to say, DW never heard about that one!

It's probably been asked before, but I'll ask anyway. If you had to pick just one restaurant to eat at WDW next time, what would it be.

I would pick the Garden Grill at Epcot.
Denise would pick the Kona Cafe.
But need to try the T-Rex soon.

Yes...and I miss it and River Country. It was so convenient to take the golf cart to & enjoy a day at a water park without to much trouble.

A bane ---- wolf bane to be exact. DVC must be making Disney a ton of money though.

Except for the crust, we do that a lot. It gives the kids a chance to make dinner now and then.

When was the last time you ordered a pizza because you didn't feel like making anything at home, even though you had several things you could have made?

We do the crust too. Have a recipe that we really do use.
Disney Cheese Pizza---we've made this many times, and it's very good.

1 cup warm water
1 tbs. Sugar
1 pack active Yeast (1/4 ounce)
3 tbs. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups All Purpose Flour (2 1/2 - 3 cups)
2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 onuces)
2 cups shredded Provolone Cheese (8 ounces)
1/4 cup grated Parmesean Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. dry Oregano
1/2 tsp. dry Basil
1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce

Stir water, sugar, and yeast, together in a large bowl until dissolved. Add olive oil and salt. Stir in two cups of the flour until well blended. Turn the dough out on to a floured surface and knead 5 minutes, adding additional flour as needed to keep dough from sticking. Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
While dough rest, combine cheeses and spices in a bowl and set aside. Pat out dough onto a 16-18 inch pizza pan or baking sheet using fingers dipped in olive oil. Top with pizza sauce and cheeses,,bake 12-15 minutes or until cheese
