Interview invitation not in events section

Hi everyone, this topic isnt for the college program but for a position at Aulani in Hawaii so admins sorry if this is the wrong place. I have passed the web based interview and got an email saying that I can make my appointment. Thing is that when I follow the link or go to my dashboard, there is nothing in the events section to schedule my interview. Its funny because I had received a reminder to schedule my interview.

I called 3 times on Friday to see if I could talk with someone there to assist me with my problem. No one answered, also left a message.

Am I doing something wrong or looking in the wrong area?

I was able to get in contact with the from desk and and the operator was able to assist me in getting a message to the casting department.
