Interval International What are my chances?

Hi all,
Yesterday I spoke with MS and have put in a request for April 2005 (yes, 2005!) for the Bison Ranch in Cave Creek, AZ. Generally how long does an II trade take? ( I know I have to wait for someone to trade their II week)

I can't tell you anything about the resort from personal experience. I do know the resort is less than 2 years old and is in a generated communcity. Think of Celebration without WDW or the rest of the Orlando area. Summer is high season there from what I can gather and much of the activities and stores are closed off season. Apparently there isn't much to do there outside summer. The reviews were pretty positive but it seems that the overall quality and upscale nature of WorldMark resorts is lower than DVC members are accustomed to. It is a 5 star resort but the only rating is 7.5 of TUG.

It trades with II, RCI and the WM points system so I'd be surprised if many units were available though for that time of year I'd think you're chances are pretty good. You might just look at renting there, I wonder if you couldn't get in a 2 BR for $700 or so. You could post on TUG for a direct exchange and look at places like ebay, bishares, wwww.timeshares.com and the like for a direct exchange or rental.
