We are still in the ROFR process, so I have no access to II through DVC yet. Is there a link somewhere that shows how many DVC points translate into which size of room through II? The account we are trying to buy has some points we won't get to use, so I am curious how far they would go in an exchange. I know renting is the better way to go overall, but I am curious. Also, do you have to exchange a full week of points, or can you exchange enough for a few days?

Yes, II is free and automatically available to resale DVC owners. It's not a "blue card" perk. Be aware that it's possible not all II resorts will be available through DVC exchanges, but I can't remember reading anything that confirmed which ones are excluded.

How do these conversions compare to Marriott or Hyatt conversions into Interval?

Keep in mind you get 2 yrs to use point deposited because it is difficult to get a room. You have to wait for a II owner to put their room up for rent for the exact dates and location that you want to stay. That is why they give you 2 yrs to try and find a place to use your points.

It’s not obvious how to make the comparison. Size/season of room? Value of points? Compared to Marriott points or weeks?
