Interval Contract W/DVC

According to my Multi-site Public Offering Statement (mine is dated 7/2001) the contract with Interval expires March 31, 2003. Does anybody know if they signed a new contract with II?

I believe the original contract was signed in 1996 and expired about June of 2001. DVC drug their feet befor signing another 5 year contract about Oct or Nov of 2001 so there was no contract almost 6 months. Apparently they had a presentation from RCI and were discussing going back to RCI or possibly even offering both options. In the end things stayed status quo.
