Internships turning into permanent jobs?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone familiar with the chances or percentages of PIs being offered full time, permament jobs at the completion of their internships? I know it probably all depends on your performance, the area, and the need at the time, but I was just curious if Disney ever even considers interns.

I'm hoping I can think of my internship as a really long interview

I had a friend whose PI turned into a job. I think it happens quite often or at least it used to. This was several years ago, but she worked in ticketing and after completing her PI, she was offered a job in that area.
