I've heard that Disneyland doesn't hire people with visible tattoos I was wonder if that goes the same for the internship/college programs?

That's the standard for ALL Cast Members, college, intern, or otherwise. No visible tattoos. I also work with outside contractors and it applies to them as well.

The whole tattoo thing really depends on where it is, how big is it, and if it can be easily covered. They accept a lot of people with tattoos (myself included) you just have to be able to hide it. I know if you have one on your arm, you have to wear long sleeves, or on your foot, you have to wear a sock. I think really you can't hide face (but probably with makeup) or hand (makeup may rub off).

Then I think you have to wear long sleeves. That will not be a deciding factor though. From what I have heard, plenty of people with arm tattoos get in!

:guilty: i have quite a bit on my arm

If you can cover it with a sleeve, you should be OK. Folks need to remember, however, that food service CMs have different guidelines and are much stricter about tattoos.

i have a tattoo but it's on my back so there were no worries there, but one of my roommates on the CP had a tattoo on her wrist..her manager just let her cover it with that tattoo coverup makeup and she could still wear short sleeves...she also put a watch on that wrist to hide it even better.
